For lacrosse clubs & programs
More wall-ball reps. A faster shuttle. Proof every family can see.
The big brands built their own testing and progress software. Your lacrosse program gets it free: a baseline, the same tests again later, and a one-page report with your program's name that every family keeps.
Free for your program when you share it with your families. No credit card, and nothing for a family to buy.

Built for lacrosse
The tests lacrosse coaches use. Scored the same way every time.
Over 80 tests across five age stages. Every test has a setup guide: the equipment, the steps and how it is scored.
Lacrosse asks for stick skill in both hands while running at speed, which is why we test the physical markers and the stick work separately. Wall ball counts and ground-ball work sit alongside sprint and agility numbers, so an athlete can see which side is actually holding them back.
Speed & Agility
40 yard dash, pro agility 5-10-5, shuttle run
Power & Endurance
Vertical jump, standing broad jump, pull-ups, beep test
Stick Skill
Wall ball counts (dominant, off-hand and alternating), cradle and carry, passing accuracy
Game Skill
Ground balls in traffic, dodging repertoire, shooting accuracy, on-ball defense
- Sustained running speed and repeat sprint capacity
- Change-of-direction for dodging and defensive footwork
- Stick skill in the off hand as well as the dominant hand
- Ground-ball technique under pressure
- Shooting accuracy and shot speed on the run

How it works
Start with one team. Build a record that lasts.
Two minutes to an account, an afternoon to your first Measurement Day. Nobody to book, nothing to install on a laptop.
Roster in minutes
Create your team, paste your roster in, and hand each family a claim code. It runs alongside the registration software you already use; nothing has to move.
One Measurement Day
Run the 20-yard dash, the pro agility 5-10-5 and a standing broad jump at one practice. Every test has the same setup and scoring steps, so the retest is a fair comparison with the baseline.
Retest, then the report
Run the same tests a week or more later. The app does the comparison, and each athlete gets one page with your program's name on it. That page is what a parent keeps.
For lacrosse clubs & programs
Built for the way clubs run. Every team, one program.
Team schedules
Each team gets a schedule with RSVPs, attendance and team messages, and families use it free.
One screen for the director
One screen across every team: how many athletes were assessed, retested and opened their report, with a CSV export.
Fair retests
Every test has the same setup and scoring steps, and you can lock a block's 3 to 5 tests, so the retest is a fair comparison with the baseline.
Nothing has to move
It runs alongside the registration software you already use. Paste your roster in.
For your families
What every family gets. Free.
- A free parent accountParents see their athlete's latest results from you, and nobody is asked to pay to see them.
- One page they keepEach athlete gets one page with your program's name on it, with the baseline and the retest side by side.
- A milestone certificateKids can take home a milestone certificate with your program's name on it.
- A heads-up, not a chaseWhen you send a report or a retest day is three days out, families with the app get a notification.
- Growth on the charts pediatricians useParents can see where their child sits on the same CDC growth charts pediatricians use.
Pricing
Two ways to run it. Neither costs a family anything.
Free for your program
Free as long as you share it with your families. Roster eight or more athletes, record a baseline and a retest, and get about half your families into the app to claim their athlete. No credit card.
Program plan, from $599 a year
Rather no family was ever asked to pay? Your program covers every family on the roster: $599 a year up to 25 athletes, $1,199 up to 75, $2,399 up to 200.
Families who want the full history can choose Pro, at $39.99 a year or $4.99 a month. Nobody has to, and no family purchase is required for your program to qualify.
Questions
The short answers.
Does this replace our registration software?
No. It runs alongside the registration software you already use. Paste your roster in; nothing has to move.
What does it cost our families?
Nothing. Parents get a free account showing their athlete's latest results from you. Families who want the full history can choose Pro, at $39.99 a year or $4.99 a month, and nobody has to.
What ages does it cover?
Five age stages from 0 to 18, each with its own lacrosse tests, plus a Combine / Pro Day set for older athletes.
How long does setup take?
Two minutes to an account and an afternoon to your first Measurement Day. It is self-serve: add your roster, run the first Measurement Day, and each family claims their athlete with a code.
Which devices does it run on?
Coaches and families use the iPhone and Android apps, and everything also runs in a browser at app.myathlete.team.
Can one program run more than one sport?
Yes. My Athlete covers 18 sports plus general Training, and each team picks its own sport.
