We signed up before the club did

Your coaches already made their accounts and their teams, and only now is somebody setting up the club. That is the normal order — the club is created afterwards, each coach links the team they already have, and every roster, result and record comes with it.

Next step: ask whoever runs your club for the team join code — or create the club yourself if that is you.

A kid from another class shows up

Someone from another of your groups turns up at tonight's session. You can pull them in as a drop-in for today only — their score lands on their own record and your roster never changes.

Next step: next practice, use “Add athlete from another team”. For a team you don't coach, ask that coach for an invite code.

Messages: who can post where, and who sees it

A coach posts to their team, a director posts to the whole club, and a league post flows down to every family beneath it. You always post to a group, never to a person — there is no private messaging, and parents see everything.

Coach's Focus: point the whole squad at the same few things

Star two or three things on your roster screen and every family sees them starred on their own Record screen. Attach them to a team message and they arrive as a tappable chip that ticks itself when a score lands.

The free coach plan, honestly

You are told the Team plan is free and you would like to know the catch. There isn’t one, but there is a bar — and the app measures it from your own data. Miss it and nothing is taken away: your roster and your history stay yours.
