Measurement Days

Measured properly. The record is yours.

You should not have to grade your own kid. These programs measure every athlete the same way, in the same order, at the start and the end of a block — and every score they record shows up in your own free account marked Measured by them, with the date.

Near You

Programs Running Measurement Days

Booking is always with the program, not with us — their own page or phone. We do not take bookings, take a cut of the session, or pass your details on.

The first host programs are being confirmed. We would rather show you nothing than a name and a date we have not checked, so this list stays empty until a program has agreed to be here and its dates are confirmed. Check back, or ask the program your athlete already trains with — the whole thing is free for them, and they can start without us.

Run a program and want to be the first one listed? Start here — there is nothing to buy and nobody to book a call with.

What Happens

Fifteen Minutes, Twice a Block

It is not an event you have to sign up for separately. It happens inside a class your athlete is already in.

First session

The same tests, in the same order

The coach runs a short set of standard tests in the first fifteen minutes of class and records each result as they go. Your athlete does not need to prepare for it.

At the desk

You get a claim card

A card with a code. You make a free family account, enter the code, and your athlete's record is on your phone. Nothing to buy.

Last session

The same tests again

Two points make a line. At the end of the block the program hands you a one-page report for your athlete — then, now, and the change.

For Programs

Host a Measurement Day

If you run a training facility, a club or a class, you can do this with what you already have: your coaches, your normal class time, and a phone. Coach accounts are free and every family you hand it to is free. You set it up yourself — there is nothing to buy and no call to book.

Questions

Before You Go

Does it cost anything?

The record is free. A family account, your athlete's scores and their height chart cost nothing, and a score a coach records never counts against a free account's limits. What the program charges for its own classes is between you and them.

What does “Measured by” mean?

Every score in the app says who took it and when. A score a coach recorded reads “Measured by [the program] · [the date]”; one you recorded yourself reads “Self-recorded”. That is the whole point of the line — you can always tell which is which.

Do I have to measure my own child?

No. That is why this page exists. You can record at home if you want to, and the app will show you how, but nothing here depends on it.

Who can see my athlete's results?

You, and the coach whose roster your athlete is on. Coaches see their own team; other families see nothing. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

What if we leave the program?

The record stays with you. It is your account, not theirs — every score already taken stays in it.

My program isn't listed — can they be?

Yes, and they do it themselves. Send them to myathlete.team/programs.
