Do we have to change how we run classes?
No. Measurement Day is one session a block. Everything else is yours.
Who owns the data?
The family owns their child's record. You keep your program's record of every session you ran.
What does it cost?
Your program picks one of two doors. Free: your program pays nothing, a family claims its child's record at no cost, and keeping the full history over time is an optional upgrade that is theirs to choose and never yours to sell. Program plan: one annual price, from $599 a year for up to 25 athletes, and every family on your roster gets the full record with nothing to buy. Both are on the pricing above.
Is this a medical or fitness assessment?
No. It is a training record — the same tests, repeated. Not a medical tool.
Do you offer a setup call?
You won't need one — setup is self-serve, takes an afternoon, and the Setup Guide walks every step. If you'd rather talk to a person first so the whole thing feels real, you can book twenty minutes (below). Most programs never do.
Can we turn it off?
Any time. Your data stays yours.
What does the program pay?
Nothing, unless you choose to. On the free door there is no per-seat price, no program invoice and no card on file: each coach's plan is free on the coach terms, every family on every roster is free, and the one thing we ask for in return is the handoff — coaches getting their families to claim their athletes. Those terms are written out on the coach page. If you would rather no family is ever asked to pay, the Program plan is one annual price that covers every family on your roster; the bands are on the pricing above.
Do I have to create accounts for my coaches?
No, and you can't — each coach creates their own account and owns it. You hand them the organization's join code; they register as a Coach, create their team, and enter the code to link that team to your program. That is deliberate: the coach's account and their team's data stay with the coach.
Can I see across every team in the program?
Partly, today. You can see the teams that have joined your organization, and each coach can see their own roster and progress. The program-wide roll-up — roster size, sessions recorded and families connected for every team at once — is coming this season, and we'd rather say that than imply it's already there.
What happens to the data when a coach or a season leaves?
The families keep it. When a parent claims their athlete, that record belongs to the household permanently — whichever coach, team or season recorded it. A coach's access is seasonal; the athlete's development record is not. Nothing a program has recorded gets deleted when a coach moves on.
Is it actually free, or does it turn into a bill?
Free, on one stated condition. You get a Season Pass the moment you roster your team — full coach access, no card, 60 days, and longer for bigger rosters, up to 120. Hit the marks inside it (your roster assessed on two dates, and at least half your families claiming their athlete and recording a first height and weight) and the season is free for 180 days before it's checked again — and it renews free every season you stay active. Nothing auto-charges you: there is no card on file to charge.
What exactly counts as "active"?
Two marks, measured automatically and scaled to your program's size: assess most of your rostered athletes on two dates at least a week apart, and have your families become active — a parent claims their athlete with the code you hand them and records a growth entry (only a parent can add height and weight together). A progress meter in the app shows exactly where you stand at all times.
Do my parents have to pay for this to work?
No. Connecting is no risk for any family — a parent creates a free account, enters their athlete's claim code, and sees their kid's latest results the moment you record them. Families only pay if they want Pro for their own household — trend charts, full score history, and multi-sport tracking. Your free plan never depends on any family spending money. And if your program buys the Program plan, every family on your roster gets Pro with nothing to buy at all.
What happens if I don't hit the bar?
Your team keeps its roster and results; batch assessment pauses until the bar is met or a paid plan covers it. We say what the bar is in the app the whole time. You can re-qualify in any season, subscribe at $24.99/mo or $199.99/yr, or be covered by your program's Program plan. We never hold a team's data hostage.
Who owns the athletes' data?
The families do, permanently. Your access as a coach is seasonal — when a family claims their athlete, the record belongs to that household for good, whichever coach or season recorded it. That's the point: you're building each kid a development record that outlasts your season.
How big can my team be, and which sports work?
Up to 50 athletes per team and up to 10 teams per account, across 18 sports — football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, track & field, and more — with age-appropriate assessments for every developmental stage. Running several classes or age groups? Keep them as separate teams under your account; the program measures your activity across all of them together. Running a club, league or facility with several coaches? Same deal, one organization — see Programs & Leagues.
