One Measurement Day
Run the 50m freestyle, a 100m continuous swim and treading water at one practice. Every test has the same setup and scoring steps, so the retest is a fair comparison with the baseline.
Retest, then the report
Run the same tests a week or more later. The app does the comparison, and each athlete gets one page with your organization's name on it. That page is what a parent keeps.

Rather no family was ever asked to pay? Your program covers every family on the roster: $599 a year up to 25 athletes, $1,199 up to 75, $2,399 up to 200.
Families who want the full history can choose Pro, at $39.99 a year or $4.99 a month. Nobody has to, and no family purchase is required for your program to qualify.
